On Demand is the Netflix of exercise. We will use On Demand to stream 21 Day Fix, and when you complete that program, you will have a whole world of fitness to explore! There are exercise programs streamed for every level of fitness and varied lengths of times. There is a nice combination of programs that focus on cardio, lifting and yoga. There is also Fixate - a cooking show. 21 Day Fix Meal Plan Vs. 2B Mindset There are two meal plans you can choose from. 21 Day fix comes with a container system with recipes and a cooking show - it focuses on healthy portions of different food groups.
