Lovely words. All of them. So much of our behavior is in the pursuit of these states of mind. The past couple of weeks I've been writing about the importance of being aware of our thoughts and emotions, especially those we deem unacceptable. Instead of avoiding them, I'm asking you to acknowledge them.
As you remember to do this exercise each time difficult feelings arise, you have nothing to fear. Nothing to avoid. It's simple and powerful at the same time. Try it.
