A daily practice, even taking a short break from your daily responsibilities to be still and quiet, can really sharpen your ax.
Because studies have shown people experience these three benefits with a regular meditation practice:
• Improved ability to focus and concentrate
• Reduced experiences of worry and anxiety
• Increased creative thinking
• And there are NO side effects!
Don't underestimate the power of 5 minutes.
