Nutrition and fitness are essential to living a vibrant life. We can care for our bodies and ourselves through good food and movement.
Two months before my 45th birthday (October, 2018), I gave myself an early birthday present and signed up for three programs through Beachbody: 2B Mindset, Shakeology and On Demand. I also joined an accountability/encouragement group to help me stay with it. I am experiencing greater energy, am stronger and healthier, and enjoy my food and exercise.
Each day I drink Shakeology, choosing chocolate to help
with afternoon cravings. With the On Demand streaming exercise programs, I work out with a plan. The 2B Mindset nutrition program teaches me how to enjoy delicious food. Through the accountability/encouragement group I joined, I feel connected with other people around the country making health a priority.
The way Beachbody works is that you sign up through and with a coach who works both as your connection to the products as well as a support person on your wellness journey. I am now one of the coaches who builds and supports a community of people looking to reach health and wellness goals.

Shakeology is a superfood and protein supplement shake. It is derived from whole foods that are easy for the body to digest and acts as a multi-vitamin. Its ingredients include a vitamin, pre and probiotic and digestive enzyme blend that helps improve energy and digestion while decreasing cravings. There are different flavors to choose from and many recipes to suit your taste!
2B Mindset is a simple nutrition program you can make your lifestyle. It focuses on what you can eat instead of what you can't. Its tools include nutrition education, tracking what you eat, and the scale. You learn how water, veggies, protein, and fiber filled carbohydrates keep you feeling full and satisfied while supporting the health of your body.
On Demand is the Netflix of exercise. I can help you choose a program for you and when you complete it, you will have a whole world of fitness to explore! There are exercise programs streamed for every level of fitness and varied lengths of times. There is a nice combination of programs that focus on cardio, lifting and yoga. There is also Fixate - a cooking show.
