In this vigorous class, we link movements and the held postures with breath to become stronger, flexible and more at ease. Attention is paid to proper alignment. All levels are welcome. Variations are offered to support and challenge each student.

New Moms Get-to-Together
We’ll gather once a week for three weeks to talk about how life really is with new babies—the joys and the trials of middle of the night feedings, fatigue, the daily concerns of a major life change. Get out of the house and share your experiences with other new moms, and learn powerful tools to help you relax.
Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga, whether you are new to the practice or have been practicing for years. Connect with other moms-to-be and your baby, release the aches of pregnancy, and strengthen your body in this supportive and safe class. Learn poses and breathing techniques you can bring home to help you sleep, relax and prepare for childbirth.
Lunchtime Vinyasa Yoga
Take a break from your workday with lunchtime yoga. Release tension and stress with a vinyasa-based class that is both invigorating and calming. Return to work refreshed and rejuvenated. Beginners welcome.
Parent and Big Kid Yoga
Build strength and encourage relaxation. This hour-long class for parents and children aged 6-10 will be a special time for families to connect without distraction. Learn classical yoga in a fun and accessible way.
