Yoga Therapy uses the tools of yoga to address the physical and mental health needs of an individual in a one-on-one setting. It can be a complimentary technique used in conjunction with talk therapy, physical therapy and other modalities.
The techniques I use might include physical postures, breath work and meditation, or some combination of the three.

- lessening of anxiety and stress, depression and sleep challenges
- reduction of physical discomfort and improving the management of pain
- easing joint pain from arthritis
- building bone density due to osteopenia and osteoporosis
- and more
